If I encounter problems with my product, what kind of service can I expect?

When you purchase a LED Video Digital Display from Tehillah Concepts, you will receive the best product and support in the industry. You will have peace of mind knowing that your equipment is built to last. We stand behind our work and have a tech department ready to answer any questions you may have.

What maintenance is required for my display?

Tehillah Concepts requires an annual service agreement. We will come out and clean all dust and debris that may have found its way into your display. We will replace all damaged ribbon cables and run a diagnostics check on every module for connectivity. We check the power supplies to make sure they have the correct power settings and make sure every fan is in operation.

What repairs are not covered under warranty?
  • Neglect, abuse or damage caused by user.
  • Maintenance or servicing of the equipment by anyone other than Tehillah Concepts.
  • Power surges, water damage, lightning or other acts of nature.
  • Excessive application of electrical power or improper power connection.
What is the turnaround time for my order?

Turnaround time varies from 3 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of display you order.
